Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged.

No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in advance. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and have not provided notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.
